Why my payment failed all the time as my Credit Card has money and is in good
status?

What is the good for using western union? Will I be ripped if I send you payment via. western union? We welcome western union payment because it is direct and save the cost from bank charges. We do not charge taxes for orders paid via. western union. And another 8% free on the net prices can be given for orders. This is more suitable to returned customers if new buyers have no confidence. Do you carry sizes greater than 13 or smaller than 8? We mainly carry sizes 8-13 in US Men's as listed on our site. If you want a shoe in any other size, please contact us so we can place a special order.Special orders to take a bit longer to receive. Generally an additional 5-7 on top of normal shipping. How long will it take to receive my order? On average, it takes 2 business day for order to get process and any other 5-10 business days to receive your order. Some items will arrive soon and some may arrive a little later. Please be patient. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays. Where are the shoes being shipped from? Our shoes are shipped directly from factory from China. What happens if Customs holds my package? We are sorry, but there is nothing we can do if this happens. Yes, although the product may vary slightly from the photo. Do your shoes run small? No. Please select the regular size you normally wear. Our suppliers are trained to inspect all shoes for size and quality prior to shipment. I didn't receive my invoice or other emails? What you'll need to do is check your spam folder, to see if our messages are in fact being marked as spam, if so simply mark it as otherwise as to keep it from happening in the future. It is very difficult to know exactly what shoes is stock because of shoes inventory change every hour? In the store once you buy a product the inventory count change by it self once you take something off the shelf. But website it is hard to change stock or not stock every few hours. What if my shoes is out of stock or my size is not in stock? If your shoes are out of stock we will email you to pick any pairs of shoes. If your size is not in stock VibramOnly will automatically send you a half size bigger, but we will never send you half size smaller. |
